“I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name” (Revelation 3:8, NAS).
Thanks for praying and fasting with us this Wednesday, August 18.
I have three urgent requests for your prayer and fasting this week. As you receive this, I have just arrived in India where I will be ministering with the Oasis World Ministries team in Bible colleges and secular universities.
We will preach the gospel where ever we are invited, and train thousands of Bible college students on how to share their faith effectively using the One-Minute Witness faith-sharing tool. For details, visit www.oneminutewitness.org.
I will also be spending time with our 30 full-time national evangelists from India, equipping them, and believing God together to reach one million decisions for Christ by the end of this year.
Will you please pray for our team? I desperately need your prayers for the following:
- A strong anointing of the Holy Spirit to speak life-changing words
- God’s protection from any radical influences on the college campuses
- That our faith-sharing passion would be transferred by the Spirit to these students
- For traveling protection
- For my family as we face new spiritual warfare
- Pray for our 30 evangelists: for fresh anointing and protection as they travel to remote villages and share the gospel with people who have never heard about God’s love, forgiveness, and eternal life through Jesus Christ.

Dear Lord,
We ask that we could again be a successful part of advancing the gospel around the world. We ask for Your favor, protection, and a strong anointing of Your Holy Spirit as we share with thousands of Bible college students. We pray that they would experience an uncommon desire to share their faith with family, friends, and others with whom they come in contact each day.
We bind every strategy of the enemy, and we loose unity, favor, provision, protection, and fruitfulness beyond our comprehension. We ask that You will accelerate the spreading of Your love through these students.
We also ask that you would bring Your strong presence to the Oasis World Ministries Annual Banquet as we will be celebrating the first million decisions for Christ. We ask that You would draw people to host tables and bring friends to rejoice in what only You could have done! Help the Oasis World Ministries staff as they face these busy times of preparation. Anoint them with great ideas and passion to see their part in it excel for Your glory. In Jesus name we thank You, amen.
